Where everything used to once be, or once was, there lurks the shadows always waiting to strike out at the next visitor. Cloaked by the shadows, creatures lurk and are waiting until they can capture and get you. Their hearts lie on the side of darkness, and their minds are always working in order to get you. Bending the will of dark powers that are beyond our dear imaginations if we knew of their existence we would probably already be extinct. The shadow-creatures are divided into separate categories, depending on what they are and who they are.

Divine
These are the creatures that are the most powerful. Consisting of the purebloods within any of the species. Only the most elite creatures are here, being considered divine among the others. If one would try to go against these astounding creatures, then truly they would probably die on sight. They massacre without a single thought, and live and breath the shadows. Never underestimate them, or your time just might be up. Usually, they do not associate themselves with anyone beneath aristocratic classes. No asking to be a divine without permission of the creator.
Aristocrats
These creatures are in the line of divines. There was once a breakage in the line, so now they are here. They are the second highest of creatures among the world. They are also ones to not be reckoned with, though of course the divine are much worse that these ones. They try their hardest to prove themselves to the divine, and usually thinking very highly of themselves.
Orthodox
These are the "normal" creatures. There's nothing truly special about them in all honest, but few of them actually have some powers of their own -- though they usually aren't all that special. Usually if the divine even interact with them it is solely for the reason that they are doing work for them somehow.
Mortals
The creatures that first inhabited this planet -- or at least we think. The creatures just like you and me. They are oblivious to the fact of the divine, aristocrats, or the orthodox's.

Vampires
Vampires, of course, have an extreme desire for blood. When they are low on it they seem to become savage beings, ready to take out anyone in their path. They are extremely beautiful.
Werewolves
Extreme enemies of the vampires. They are usually called a mut breed, existing solely in the orthodox class. They will fight long and hard for what they want, though, and are of course uncontrollable during the full moon.
Demons
The darkest of all creatures, never holding any pity when killing a mortal or other creature. Usually they are loyal to their member of the divine. They treat that divine like their queen or king.
Angels
The creatures of the light, and like demons they usually exist in the aristocrat category of creatures. Instead of shadows, they exist in the light.
Faeries
These little creatures are usually assisting in the dark elements such as fire and water. They can be creatures that can be very crude and mean, actually able to lay curses on creatures around them. Usually an orthodox creature.
Elves
Usually assisting in the earth-bound elements. They are very at fixing things, but they are also very good at being sneaky. Often they can disguise themselves very well, too.
